Hi!  I’m Amy, your Nutritional Nanny, and I want to help you and your family eat better, feel better and look better for the rest of your fabulous lives. Simple enough, right?

Actually it is. You just have to eat real, whole food.

As many of you already know, I’m passionate about getting people away from their processed, artificial, chemical and junk-filled diet because, simply put, it’s terrible for them.


I not asking you to throw those mallowbars out the window but I am here to gently nudge you into incorporating more real, whole food into your diet.  It’s not hard, I promise.

Stay tuned for posts on how to make minor adjustments in your shopping that will have major impacts in your life, simple, practical advice on how to get your family to eat the real whole food you serve them, and even explanations of GMOs, rBGH, organic, locavores and all sorts of other fancy words you’ll want to use to impress your friends. It’ll be fun, and more importantly, good for you and your family.
